30 TIPS
For a Successful Recruitment Process
About this book
Are you responsible for successful recruitment within your organization? That often seems easy, but in practice, you encounter all sorts of challenges. I could write a book about it, and maybe I should.
I have been a headhunter for over 25 years and currently still advise companies on finding and selecting their top employees. I don’t say it for nothing sometimes that “I work with a wheelbarrow of frogs”. How do I make sure they don’t jump out?
Here you can download 30 tips for an excellent recruitment process, with many examples from my own experience. I’m curious if you find anything missing and/or have additions. I learn from that too!
You’ll notice that I use the word ‘candidates’ instead of ‘applicants’. This is mainly because I actively approach people (executive search) and work less with advertisements that applicants respond to.
