Business is about foresight, that’s what it was about during Business Open 3.0 on NBR. In conversation with Roelof Meijer, I talked about fire prevention. What it’s actually about is that as a leader – entrepreneur or manager – you need to get out of the daily grind. That’s difficult during strong growth of the organization. From putting out fires to fire prevention.
This is what my book is also about. What do you need to do now to gain long-term overview? This is about yourself, your employees, and the culture you establish. Roelof asked me further for whom I have written this book and how the content of the book compares to the current ‘capricious’ time we are facing with the Coronavirus.
