Negative emotions? Get rid of it!

This blog is about processing negative emotions, limiting beliefs, fear, etc. In short: everything that holds you back.
I would like to share one of my most beautiful experiences with you. One of my experiences that touches me deeply in a positive way every time. And one of my experiences that leads to significant positive changes for my clients.
Letting go of these barriers means taking charge, which is also leadership.
If you really want to take steps in your life – as the leader of your life – this article is for you!

In my opinion, no one in their life escapes negative events that can haunt you for a long time. Think about the death of a loved one, a painful childhood, humiliation by a former boss, a traumatic war experience, or an accident. These scars lead to emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, etc. And that undermines your self-confidence and often trust in others.
Fortunately, you don’t always have to suffer from it; you don’t even have to suffer from it at all. We are, as it were, protected by our ‘control center,’ the unconscious.
I have had that experience myself: after my mother’s early death, I ran through life, nothing wrong?… Until it started gnawing, fifteen years later? That’s when I experienced several therapies.
It’s not always pleasant because I didn’t want to relive negative things. And often it takes a long time. And I can imagine that you also want to get rid of your emotional shit, but in a quick way and without having to step into unpleasant memories again.
The solution for your shit =
Time Line Therapy.
This is a very effective way to deal with limiting beliefs (“I’m not good enough”), fear, negative emotions, and traumas. And you don’t have to be a ‘hippie’ for it, I’m not either.
I want to achieve results for my clients, and I know that if something still holds you back in life, if there is, as it were, a brake on, then you cannot perform optimally. Most coaches do not address this domain. My experience is that once blocks are removed, you are generally 60% further along the way.
The advantages of Time Line Therapy?

  • it works very quickly
  • you don’t have to delve into (negative) events, no one wants that, right?

Do you want a few examples?

  • An employee who advanced in her career after all her limiting beliefs were removed (“I can’t do that.”, “That’s too difficult for me.”, “I have no self-confidence.”).
  • An entrepreneur who is fully back at work after a childhood trauma was removed after 40 years.
  • An international manager of a large electronics concern who now effortlessly stands in front of groups. He previously did not dare to give presentations to groups due to a war trauma.
  • A director who was able to resume his career after losing his negative emotions (sadness and anger); he had previously been publicly vilified in the press.
  • A successful salesman, who previously got stuck with post-traumatic stress disorder.
  • A director who made career progress after he no longer suffered from emotional outbursts, after his anger was gone.

And so I could go on. One by one, these are gifts for these people and at the same time for myself.
I’ve thought about how it can be a gift for you or someone in your environment (for example, one of your employees).
I’m curious how you clean up your shit to regain your power.
Also, if you have experience with Time Line Therapy, I’d like to hear about it.
